The client.

Build Your Business is a corporate-services and entity-management firm headquartered in Dubai. In its own words, it "partners with corporations, entrepreneurs, investors and families to establish and expand businesses, structure investments and manage wealth across global markets".

Its services run from company incorporation, banking and visas to compliance, restructuring and family-office structures, across 20 jurisdictions in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Americas.

The challenge.

Domeq built Build Your Business's first website in late 2024, for a UAE company-setup firm. By 2026 the firm was repositioning as a global one, and the website had to grow with it.

  • 01

From UAE specialist to global firm

The CEO's direction in May 2026 was clear: the website should present a global firm, with the UAE as one market among many. Phase 1's 48 pages were organised around UAE topics: the mainland, free zones and UAE approvals.

  • 02

    20 markets, one standard

Build Your Business asked for 20 country pages. Each had to answer the same questions (structures, ownership, tax, setup steps, compliance) and stay consistent as the facts change.

  • 03

    Fast for a global audience

Phase 1 was built page by page in a drag-and-drop builder, with a large animated hero that made pages heavy on phones. Visitors arriving from 20 markets, many on phones, needed pages that load in a moment.

  • 04

    Keep what already ranks

Phase 1's 62 blog posts and its old page addresses had search history. The new site had to keep every one of them working from launch day.

The decisions.

  1. Main pages built in code, not with a drag-and-drop builder.

So they load fast and every page shows the same, current facts. Blog posts are still written in WordPress's familiar editor.

  2. One source of truth for each country's facts.

Each country's facts are written once and shown wherever they're needed: its page, the menu, the countries hub, the home page and the enquiry forms, so they never disagree.

  3. Open guides, not downloads behind a form.

A PDF behind a form can't be found in search. The 12 guides are web pages that answer the questions people search for, and each ends with Book a Consultation.

  4. Move the blog as clean text and rebuild its tables.

56 posts moved into the new design without the old layout code, and 7 tables that had been pictures became real tables that Google and screen readers can read.

Trade-off: The moved posts carry no images.

The experience

Built to be read, found and used.

Build Your Business's clients compare jurisdictions before they enquire. Phase 2 links every article, guide and country page to the next useful step, and works as well on a phone as on a desk.

An insights blog sorted by topic and country

62 articles in three topics, Jurisdiction Deep-Dives, Process & Compliance Explainers and Regulatory Updates, shown as tabs. Countries sit in a dropdown that lists only the markets with articles, so it grows as Build Your Business publishes.

  • Reading time and an "At a glance" panel (jurisdiction, topic, dates) on every article
  • A sticky table of contents with a reading-progress bar on the 36 longer articles
  • New articles link themselves: choose the country when publishing, and the article gets that country's card with links to its page and guide, and appears among the country page's recent articles
  • Share buttons, three related articles and previous and next links on every article
The blog index with topic tabs and the Country dropdown open, listing Malta, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, UAE and United Kingdom, beside the latest article
The end of an article: topic and country chips, share buttons and the author box, with a side rail holding the table of contents, a consultation box and the UAE country card

12 guides, one per jurisdiction

The Resources library turns each country's setup, tax and compliance facts into a practical guide: the key points, a "Before you move forward" checklist, and a way back to the full country page.

  • Filters by category and by jurisdiction, with a live result count
  • Every guide links back to its own country page
  • Open pages written to be found in search, not PDFs behind a form
The Resources library filtered to Tax & Compliance Explainers: Showing 3 of 12 resources, with guides for Oman, Malta and Seychelles
A guide page: Mainland vs Free Zone, a decision checklist for the UAE, with its key points

Every page leads to the next step

Measured across the live site on 21 October 2026, counting only links in each page's main content, not the menu or footer.

Built for phones

The phone layout was fine-tuned in the 20 October 2026 release, and no page scrolls sideways on a phone.

  • The menu folds into a drawer with countries grouped by region, and Escape closes it
  • Comparison tables scroll inside their own box, with row labels pinned and a "Swipe to see all columns" hint
  • Articles open with a tap-to-expand table of contents
  • The home page fits both of its main buttons on the first screen

    • Menus close with Escape and return focus
    • Filter results are announced to screen readers

  • Search and AI

    • An llms.txt file for AI answer engines

    • LinkedIn shares show the page's title, not "Home"
  • Speed

    • Lighthouse 100 for performance on phone and desktop (21 October 2026)
    • Two self-hosted fonts, preloaded
    • The hero image preloaded at two sizes

    • Contact-form scripts load only on the three form pages

What we built.

01

20 country pages, each written for its market, and a hub to choose between them

The problem

A business choosing where to set up compares markets, so every country page had to answer the questions that matter in that market, in an order that makes comparing easy.

What we built

Each country page covers who the market suits, how its company structures compare, ownership and tax with the real conditions attached, setup steps, a compliance calendar, World Bank figures with source and year, and its own FAQs. The countries hub narrows the 20 down with five filters (region, structure type, local-director requirement, foreign ownership and common use case), and a filtered view can be shared. The hub lists 23 cards: the 20 country pages and 3 more that are coming soon.

The Countries mega menu: 20 jurisdictions in five region columns, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa and Indian Ocean, and Americas
The UAE country page's Structure Options table comparing Mainland, Free Zone and DIFC/ADGM on best use, ownership and office requirements
The countries hub on a phone: filters two per row, Middle East and Free Zone selected, Showing 1 of 23 jurisdictions
  1. 1Write the market's content: structures, ownership and tax, setup steps, compliance and FAQs.
  2. 2Publish its page.
  3. 3Its menu entry, countries-hub card and filters, enquiry-form option and sitemap entry appear with it.
02

Services organised by the company lifecycle

The problem

A global firm's services needed to follow what a client goes through, not UAE licence types.

What we built

The Services page leads with Establish, Operate, Comply and Change / Exit. Each stage links to its services, and all seven service pages follow the same clear structure.

The Services page's entity lifecycle: four cards for Establish, Operate, Comply and Change / Exit under the heading Company Formation Is the Easy Part
03

Enquiries that are never lost

The problem

Enquiries arrive from 20 markets, and none should depend on an email getting through.

What we built

Three enquiry forms whose country and service lists always match the site. Each enquiry is checked for spam and saved on the site before the email goes out, so none is lost.

The contact page: WhatsApp, email, call and office options beside the enquiry form with jurisdiction and service dropdowns, and the contact widget open
04

Every old post and link, moved safely

The problem

Phase 1's blog and pages had search history the new site couldn't afford to lose.

What we built

We moved 56 posts into the new design with new search titles, turned 7 pictures of tables into real tables, cleared 776 unused files from the media library, and pointed all 128 old addresses to their new pages.

A moved blog post about UAE business setup for Australians, with its Mainland versus Free Zone comparison now a real table, and a sidebar to book a consultation
  • 05

A brand and design system built for every market

    The problem

One look had to hold across 20 country pages, services, guides and the blog.

    What we built

Domeq designed Build Your Business's logo and colour palette, and for phase 2 a web design system: type, colours, buttons, grids and motion, used on every page.

  • 06

    Content and search

    The problem

A global firm is judged by what it publishes and whether people find it.

    What we built

Copy for 8 new country pages, 12 guides and 6 launch articles, checked against official sources, and search titles and descriptions on all 112 pages. Domeq also manages Build Your Business's LinkedIn and Instagram profiles.

The impact.

Phase 2 measured against phase 1 with Google's Lighthouse speed test, on the same day and with the same settings (20 October 2026).

  • 01The UAE country page scores 99 for speed on a phone, against 68 for phase 1's UAE page, and the same blog post went from 72 to 97.
  • 02A new market goes live with its page, menu entry, hub card, enquiry-form option and sitemap entry together.

Outgrowing the website you launched with?

Domeq rebuilds sites for the business you're becoming: new markets, more pages and the same speed. Tell us where you're expanding.

Questions, answered.

Can a website be rebuilt without losing its search traffic?

That was the aim for Build Your Business: every one of the 128 known old addresses sends visitors straight to the closest new page, and 56 old blog posts moved into the new design with new search titles.

How do you add a new country to a site like Build Your Business's?

Write the market's content and publish its page: its menu entry, countries-hub card and filters, enquiry-form option and sitemap entry come with it.

Why build the main pages without a page builder?

Pages built in code load faster and show the same, current facts everywhere. Build Your Business's home page scores 100 for speed on phone and desktop, and blog posts are still written in WordPress's editor.

How much faster is phase 2 than phase 1?

Measured with Google's Lighthouse on the same day (20 October 2026), the home page's speed score went from 62 to 100 on a phone, and its size from 7.7 MB to 156 KB. The UAE page went from 68 to 99, and the same blog post from 72 to 97.

Did Domeq build Build Your Business's first website too?

Yes. Domeq built phase 1, a UAE-focused site, in late 2024, and the logo and colour palette. Phase 2 rebuilt the site for 20 countries and went live on 19 October 2026.

How long did the phase 2 rebuild take?

About six weeks of build, from 6 September to launch on 19 October 2026, after a brief from the CEO's discovery answers in May 2026 and Domeq's proposal.

Bring the ambition.
We'll build the system.
