Privacy Policy
Last updated 18 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or work with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it plainly.
01 Who we are
This website is operated by Domeq Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in India (“Domeq”, “we”, “us”).
For anything relating to your personal data, contact us at drishti.maheshwari@domeqsolutions.com. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, this address also serves as our grievance channel and reaches a person, not a ticket queue.
02 What we collect
We collect only what we need, and we do not buy personal data from anyone.
- When you fill in our contact form — your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write in the message and subject fields.
- When you contact us directly — by email, phone, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, we keep that correspondence and your contact details.
- When you simply browse — standard technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site performs.
- If you become a client — the business and billing information needed to invoice you and deliver the work, including access credentials you choose to share with us.
03 Why we use it
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
- To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a proposal.
- To deliver and support the services you have engaged us for.
- To send invoices and keep the accounting records Indian law requires us to keep.
- To understand which parts of this site are useful and fix the parts that are not.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
04 Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to measure traffic in aggregate. Analytics tell us how many people read a page — not who they are.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working properly.
We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when you open a page. That request includes your IP address, and is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
05 Who else sees it
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only as far as they need it:
- Hosting — our website and its database are hosted by Hostinger.
- Email — correspondence sits with our email provider.
- Form handling — contact form submissions are stored in this website’s own database and emailed to us.
- Analytics — aggregate usage statistics.
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where genuinely required.
We may also disclose data where the law compels us to. Some of these providers operate servers outside India; where that happens we rely on their contractual commitments to protect your data to a comparable standard.
06 How long we keep it
- Enquiries that go nowhere — deleted within 24 months.
- Client records — kept for the length of the engagement and then as long as tax and company law requires, which in India is generally eight years.
- Analytics — aggregate figures only, retained indefinitely because they identify no one.
07 Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it.
- Correct anything inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Erase data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.
Email drishti.maheshwari@domeqsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
If we handle your request badly, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
08 How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS, access to client systems is limited to the people doing the work, and we use unique passwords with two-factor authentication where the platform supports it.
No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach occurs that puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
09 Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
10 Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified to you directly where we can reach you.
